Every piece is hand-crafted in our atelier. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched.

• Shipping within Germany: €6.10 (2–4 business days)
• Shipping within the EU: €7.90 (4–8 business days)
• Worldwide shipping: €14.90 (7–14 business days)
• Free shipping within Germany on orders over €80

As soon as your order leaves the atelier, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made individually for you, returns are only possible in exceptional cases. In the event of production faults or transport damage, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt at service@rock-bead.com. We will find a solution together - repair, replacement or refund.

Non-personalised standard items can be returned within 14 days unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
