Important note on one-of-a-kind & individually made products:A revocation is only possible as long as your piece of jewellery has not yet gone into production. Because every piece is handcrafted as a one-of-a-kind or according to your personal specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded for already started or finished custom pieces under § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code).
